Matrix Meds is our brand new reparative nail and cuticle oil, formulated exclusively with oils that are able to penetrate and absorb into the nail plate and surrounding skin to deliver hydration and nourishment directly to the source. 

It's an intensive nail and cuticle treatment powered by high-absorption oils that deliver support directly to the nail matrix, providing both immediate and long term benefits. The restorative formula deeply hydrates, promotes healthy growth, improves flexibility, reinforces the nail barrier, and delivers antioxidant protection for stronger, smoother, visibly healthier nails. 

What's a matrix?

The nail matrix is the "root" of the nail, the source of all nail growth and production. It lives below the cuticle and works to turn keratinized cells into the visible nail plate. Maintaining a healthy nail matrix is imperative for healthy nail growth!

What's the difference?

Think of it like skincare; you have your serums and you have your moisturizers. Serums are your worker bees, delivering specific benefits deep into your skin to do their job, while moisturizers provide hydration and add a layer of protection above the skin barrier to lock in the good stuff.

Most cuticle oils are similar to a moisturizer, they provide necessary hydration and nourishment but may have some ingredients that sit atop the skin rather than soaking all the way in. Matrix meds is similar to a serum, its entire formula is comprised of oils with a small enough molecular structure to penetrate the nail plate and skin barrier, allowing it to do its job below the surface and deliver its benefits where they're needed most!

You'll notice Matrix Meds soak into your nails and skin much quicker than the oils you're used to, it's doing it's job! Allow it to soak in for a few minutes, and voila! If you'd like, you can then apply another cuticle oil or moisturizer to your nails/hands to lock it in.
