Why do I need to request colors?
Tundra Dip works on a weekly rotating system for our colors! This means that we don't always have every color we've made available, and we have A LOT!
On Tuesdays at 7pm CST, we drop restock colors and on Thursdays at 7pm CST we go live making new colors! Every week, the new colors replace the previous week's colors, and so on and so forth.
If there's a color you've seen, LOVE and want but it isn't available, you can use the request form to let us know you want it back, and your request will be considered!
What's the difference between a color request and a custom color request?
A color request gives you the opportunity to request that we bring back an existing Tundra Dip color that's on your mind! These requests should be colors we've made in the past and are not new colors.
A custom color request gives you the opportunity to request that we make a color based on your description, idea and inspirations. It's a brand new color made just for you!
What's a small batch request?
Looking for a color that’s a little outside the norm? Maybe it’s the middle of summer and you’re already dreaming of Halloween shades (no judgment 😉), or perhaps you’ve requested a color before and haven’t seen it return for a long time...
When materials are available, we may be able to produce a small batch just for you! Simply give us permission to do so and we'll create a custom order and send an invoice over to you if and when your requested color is successfully created.

✨ Payment is only required if the color is made
Your request will still be recorded for our usual restocks, this just offers an additional option! If we know a request is not common or may not be made for quite some time, this gives us the opportunity to potentially still make it happen for you!
Shipping may apply. If you have an open order at the time your color is completed we may be able to add to it, but this is not guaranteed.
If we’re unable to fulfill your request — for example, if a shade has been discontinued or materials are no longer available — we will always notify you so you’re not left wondering. You’ll receive a clear, final answer.
Do I have to agree to be invoiced for my requests?
For general color requests, no! You can fill out the form and simply put your request on our radar for a general restock! Just check no in the small batch request question and proceed to submit your request.
If you opt in to a small batch request on the color request form, yes! If we're able to, we will only be able to confidently make a jar just for you if we know you're ready for us to do so!
For custom color requests, yes! Custom colors are just for you (unless we love it so much and decide everyone else needs to have it too), and we'll need to verify that we have permission to make and send your color if possible!
