Shipping policy

Domestic

We typically ship within the USA via USPS. Our paid shipping is calculated based on package weight in line with USPS rates. Orders over $50 should automatically qualify for our reduced rate $5 shipping. Orders over $74 should automatically qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping may be chosen for the customer's convenience at checkout. 

We will typically pack and ship any open orders under the same customer account together in an effort to increase customer convenience, reduce packaging and lower our environmental impact. This should not have an affect on or drastically change paid shipping costs, as shipping rates are calculated by weight.

Orders are typically fulfilled within a week. If you have concerns about your order and/or fulfillment speeds, please reach out to support!

If you have concerns with your package's whereabouts after shipping, please reach out to support. We will do our best to assist as quickly as possible! Understand that we must follow USPS' guidelines and timelines, and may require some time before we're able to provide resolution for missing or lost mail.

If shipping addresses differ for multiple open orders, please use different customer accounts to place the order, or they may be bundled with the existing account's default address. We will do our best to catch different addresses, but this is simply how our system bundles orders, and we may not be able to catch it. If you cannot place these orders using different accounts, please reach out to support so we may alert our fulfillment team to be on the lookout!

 

International

We ship Internationally to Canada. We are not able to ship to any other international countries at the moment.

Shipping costs to Canada are calculated at checkout. We cover a portion of this cost on our end. Canadian orders may incur duty and/or customs fees. Tundra Dip is not responsible for any additional charges, costs or fees associated with international shipments.
