Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy details how you can change, modify or cancel these kinds of purchases.Â
SubscriptionsÂ
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of that subscription's plan.Â
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Should a payment fail, you may not receive the upcoming delivery - please reach out to support@tundradip.com if you encounter any issues with your default payment method.Â
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so from your subscription management portal. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. You can also manage your subscription on your account page. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Managing Your Subscription
In your subscription management portal, you can skip, pause, change or cancel an upcoming delivery. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next upcoming charge date, or these changes will not be allowed and may not apply to the next box, they may apply to the following charge date and/or shipment. Remember, the charge date occurs the month prior to that box's ship date, so January's charge is for February's box, and so on and so forth.
Any changes to your details such as shipping address, payment method and billing info must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next upcoming charge date to be applied to that month's box. Changes made while an existing order has already been created will not apply to that order. For example, if you move to a new address on January 1st, you will want to edit your shipping address at least 48 hours before you're billed for January's box, which is December 1st. Please email support if you have any requests for changes to be made to orders that have already been created.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout, but the product will not ship until it is fully released. Â
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled, unless otherwise stated. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can reach out to support for your options. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
